Meditation is a discipline that we practice in our workshops and recommend to all our clients, but for many people it’s something new, there is much information on the psychological, physical, performance and wellbeing benefits . we constantly hear that incorporating this practice into our daily routine is time consuming and that it is difficult to include in the frantic pace of daily life to which so many people are used to.
